What if I can no longer make it in-person? Can I change my ticket to virtual?
Yes, if you can no longer make it in person you can exchange your ticket for a virtual one.
What is the Refund Policy?
No refunds will be made for any reason if changes have to be made or switched from in person to virtual or vice versa. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to seeing you there!
If I live outside the United States, do you have special pricing based on our exchange rates?

ATTIRE: The dress code is business casual for the event. Our meeting room WILL be on the cool side, so plan accordingly and bring an additional sweater, wrap, or jacket.
Will there be an opportunity to meet Pedro & Suzette Adao?
Yes! When Pedro & Suzette are not on stage, they love to meet new 100X family. If you see them in the hallways, say hey!
Will any meals be provided with my ticket?
No, you are responsible for your own meals & snacks throughout the day.
What's the difference between IN PERSON & VIRTUAL Tickets?
Both experiences are going to be AMAZING! In-Person means you are coming to San Jose, CA. Virtual can be watched anywhere in the world where there is internet access.
Will all the speakers be present at the event?
Majority of the speakers will be at the event, but a few will be joining us via Livestream
Are we allowed to record audio/video at the event?
We do encourage taking photos & sharing on your social media stories, but long audio/video of the sessions are prohibited.
Is there an age limit to attend?
Anyone above the age of 18 can attend the conference.
Can I bring my baby/kids?
We have limited free availability for infant to 8 years old childcare at the conference. If you are bringing a child, please let us know once you register. If you children are over the age of 10-17, we are hosting a separate mini-conference that we are calling 100X Next Gen for $295 for all three days! You are more than welcome to buy a ticket for your child for that when registration becomes available.
What happens if I get sick while traveling to the Event and/or get sick at the Event?
If you get sick before the Event, please change your ticket to virtual.- If you get sick at or during the Event, we ask that you notify us at www.828support.com and do not attend. We will get you a virtual ticket so you won't miss out on any sessio
